Band: Six60
Album: 2017 Self-Titled EP

Six60’s latest self-titled EP is the ultimate feel-good soundtrack to a Kiwi summer.
Whether it’s a road trip to the beach or an evening nursing a sunburn, the latest tunes by the local five-piece are a welcome breath of fresh air to the sizzling heat.
With not one but three of their songs in the current NZ Top 50, Six60 stay true to their funky laidback sound and signature good vibes, while truly standing out with Don’t Give It Up, Rivers and Closer.
The songs have serious pop chops, extending well beyond easy listening; combining everything from groovy beats, stripped piano and hints of reggae.
This EP is an absolute gem. It’s wonderfully breezy, mellow and the perfect antidote to a hot day in the sun. By and large, Six60 are one of the best feel-good acts around. It’s no surprise they’re currently on tour with upcoming gigs in Christchurch and Whangarei in early March.
